Gastronomy
Given how much academics travel, and my own habit of looking for lists of meaningful gluten free options when I travel, I figured I would put together (for myself or for anyone else who finds this) a list of gluten free favorites in various cities in which I’ve lived or to which I’ve traveled. With limited exceptions, I’ve left off restaurants that have some standard gf options, opting instead to highlight places with special treats or otherwise incredible food. I’ve sometimes listed comments or favorites for each place. This is very much a work in progress, though, and I’ll try to update it as I discover (or think of) new things to add.
